About the Role

To sustain our expansion, the Product team is seeking a skilled, seasoned, and customer-centric Product Manager. Previous experience in overseeing B2B SaaS products within the corporate enterprise realm is crucial. We endeavor to improve our offerings to effectively meet our clients' needs and lead the way in project planning technology with cutting-edge solutions.”

Our Product team champions both our users and our business, shaping the direction for our expanding product range. This role will be based in Hyderabad (Telangana, India). The successful candidate will work closely with Director - Product Engineering.

What you will do?

  Uncover, comprehend, record, assess, and convert user requirements into product focal points, roadmap strategies, and comprehensive specifications. Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders across various teams including Engineering, Marketing, QA, Sales, and more.

  Work together with various stakeholders throughout the organization to establish the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the needs of large enterprise entities. This encompasses areas such as user adoption and onboarding, tailored configurations, white-label options, security protocols, authentication methods, data access guidelines, performance metrics, and facilitating deployments within intricate enterprise environments.

  Show utmost concern for what the team is building, the quality of what is being shipped to the end-user and maintaining a top class product documentation.

  Oversee and coordinate ongoing initiatives, working alongside Engineering and Design teams to prototype, validate, coordinate, and refine processes to optimize our product's value for customers.

  Collaborate extensively with client-engagement teams such as Marketing, Support, and Sales to prioritize understanding of customer/user needs, emphasizing the importance of comprehending both the potential value and complexity of the issue before delving into solutions and features.

  Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and effectively disseminate them throughout the organization. Serve as a proactive communicator with a strong focus on customer feedback and data analytics, ensuring clear articulation of the significance of our developments to the wider team.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  You should possess a total of 3-7 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in Product Management.

  Experience and exposure from ideation to launch in the early stages of a B2B SaaS product development would be advantageous.
