Role Summary


Our Point72 Private Investments Proprietary Research team delivers value-add research products and capabilities designed to elevate the private investing workflow. We’re looking for an experienced, technical product leader to help drive our strategic agenda and support stakeholders across Point72 Private Investments. You should have a demonstrated track record developing products from conception to launch, along with experience using and incorporating emerging  technologies including but not limited to AI technologies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize product requirements, in addition to designing and sharing prototypes for feedback and testing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, given scope of work includes translating user requirements to engineers and presenting product developments to stakeholders throughout the organization. We’re looking for a passionate problem-solver, who’s eager to learn, develop, and contribute across all aspects of our business.  


Specific responsibilities include:



  1. Drive transformational change by delivering exceptional research products. 

    1. Craft and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the organization’s objectives, in collaboration with compliance.

    2. Define and prioritize product requirements, designing and sharing prototypes with project sponsors for testing and feedback. 

    3. Maintain product quality and impact by actively monitoring usage and gathering feedback through surveys and interviews.  

    4. Define and monitor key success metrics, leveraging data insights to drive product iteration and communicate findings to management and team members.

    5. Effectively communicate requirements to engineers through verbal explanations, wireframes, and comprehensive documentation.

    6. Promote transparency by providing regular updates on project plans, delivery timelines, concerns, and considerations.





  1. Manage and fulfill product-related inquiries and data questions from internal stakeholders. 

    1. Ensure product-related requests are captured, triaged, prioritized, owned, and actioned. 

    2. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process, keeping them informed from initiation to resolution.

    3. Serve as the primary point of contact for information regarding research assets and products within your purview, ensuring smooth information flow, conducting product training sessions, and assembling training materials as needed.

The annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
