Job Description

About Allwork:

AllWork® is a leading freelancer management and payments platform. We specialize in efficiently managing and paying various types of freelancers for businesses, including hourly, consulting, contract, and project-based workers. Our platform supports the evolving Modern Workforce, with freelancers becoming as prevalent as permanent employees in many companies.

The Role:

AllWork® is seeking an Associate Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our platform, focusing on enriching the user experience for our expansive user base of over 4,000 active users. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with experience in B2B SaaS, workforce management, and large-scale mobile platforms, aiming to make a tangible impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in refining our product offerings, enhancing onboarding processes through dashboard improvements, and developing scheduling tools and mobile applications. As someone who is detail-oriented with an acute sense for design, UI, and UX improvements, you'll find ample opportunity to influence our product direction. This position is a unique blend of strategic oversight and direct involvement, ensuring the delivery of exceptional product enhancements and features. We’re looking for someone passionate about product development, eager to learn, and ready to make meaningful contributions to our platform.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of AllWork user types, use cases, and platform design standards, becoming a product expert.
  • Test every new feature and bug fix before release to ensure they meet our business needs and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular regression testing to maintain core feature functionality.
  • Proactively identify and document potential improvements to enhance the platform's usability and performance.
  • Draft preliminary requirements and initiate tickets for product enhancements, collaborating closely with the development team.
  • Prepare comprehensive release notes that accurately reflect updates and improvements for internal stakeholders and end-users.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale mobile apps (more than 2500 users) and B2B SaaS products, especially in the domains of workforce management, HCM, HRIS, HR tech, or payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and preparing detailed documentation.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
