If you are based in France, you will have a French contract following French regulation on top of the additional perks : 8 to 13 RTT, 5 weeks PTOs, lunch credits (Swile), Alan Blue healthcare cover and regular events in cities where Pennylaners are mostly presents (Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes…)

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.

We are recruiting a ‘Group PM’ for the larger sme segment, within our ‘SME’ track. This is a new role. We are excited to build it with you, and we expect you to actively contribute in shaping it!

👪 Team and context

The position sits within our SME ‘track’, which is composed of 8 squads.

The “core” of our product is and needs to remain a consistent, easy-to-use all in one platform, allowing our clients to handle their business and finances in Pennylane. We expect all SME squads to contribute to this core product.

We believe we have reached product-market fit for the “long-tail” of the market (what we call Small SMEs), and we want to accelerate product developments to go up-market after SMEs that are bigger, with more complex needs. The position we are opening aims at coordinating the efforts on this new market segment.

This means building new features specifically for those large clients (3 squads are already working on this)

… as well as coordinating a cross-department go-to-market (setting all the right process and set-up to acquire and serve our clients within the sales, support, ops, product marketing, account managers…)

🎯Your missions

As a PM manager, you will contribute to the growth and development of 3 talented, experienced PMs. Each of them work on an autonomous scope, and actively contribute in building the product for the larger SMEs segment.

You will work with a dedicated ‘large sme’ PMM to craft our positioning and value proposition for this segment

You will be the main point of contact and act as cross-functional leader with business teams (sales, partnership, onboarding…)

Part of your time will be spent as a PM individual contributor to improve our clients experience, in close partnership with design and tech

You will define the vision and strategy to unlock this new market opportunities

Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions on your day to day activity

You have excellent communication skills

You have an experience as a PM and as a PM manager in a scale-up OR experience as a startup founder

You have management experience

Experience in a B2B saas is a plus

🤝Hiring process

- First call with a Technical Recruiter ;

- Then, an interview with a PM ;

- A Technical assessment and debriefing with 2 people from the Product Team ;

- A Management assessment with a HRBP and one people from the product team ;

- And a Final Round with one of our Co-Founders and/ or a Product Lead.
