Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and other product managers, to implement and iterate on recommendation solutions.

  • Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of recommendation algorithms, iterating on approaches to continuously improve performance.

  • Communicate recommendation strategies, findings, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, and other relevant departments.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to recommendations and user personalization.

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms, machine learning concepts, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a product vision, with a track record of delivering successful product initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to exploring new ideas and technologies in the field of recommendations.
